Accidental thread derail. The oiling system failure on this discussed engine is solved by Porsche with a shit ton of oil in the sump (2 gallons to be exact). Counterpoint was that those are turbocharged engines. While most Porsche boxers are turbocharged, GT3's engine is not. But it STILL has a huge oil sump.
