Lol. There isn't really a definitive trunk crease to use for a measurement so I eyeballed it from the slight crease to the point where its looked centered enough that I'd never know the difference down the road as this is likely the most critical I'll be about it.

Most of guys uses their left and right fingers to center it.
Just hope their left and right fingers are same size and thickness.
