Thanks for the help, I have removed all components from the door panels. I used a dremel, it is much more precise than drilling. Can you please tell me where you located the "BMW repair screws"?

You have to cut around 3mm of the screws, because they are too long.

Where would you use these screws on the door panels? Do you use them to help fasten the tweeter speakers? Thanks again!!

no you can fasten the mid speaker covers with them, for tweeter it's not possible with screws you have to melt plastic or use glue - sure you can also do that for the mid speaker covers...
