VERY SLIGHT, and intermittent, shudder when on E-30 Fuel

Greetings!

On my DME tuned M8GC I have noticed that when I run e-30 fuel I will get a VERY SLIGHT, and intermittent, shudder when I let off the brake but before touching the gas...like rolling forward in traffic or from a redlight. It almost feels like the RPMs are dipping just a bit when the trans engages and it takes a heartbeat for them to equalize. The problem seems to go away when the car is fully warmed up and isn't even consistent when cold. I also don't seem to get it when running 91 Octane plus Boostane. it ONLY seems to happen when running an e-30 blend.

Has anyone heard of this?
