So basically the discount off the vehicle was $20,000 + $3k loyalty.

Payment comes to around $1420 + taxes.

Any opinions on that?

I do have a X5 thats 8k under my allowed mileage thats ending in June, they should be able to profit off that with it being under mileage, I could use that as an additional bargaining chip.

Got the dealer down to $112k with a base MF of .00093 as well.
$137,745 MSRP 2021 M8 GC

Total payment around $1340 + 9% tax in PA

Taking the deal, seems fairly decent, wont be any deals on the 2022's for awhile with them being discounted from the start im sure

That seems like a great deal. I couldn't get more than 10% off of most the dealers I called. This was with no loyalty, but I would jump at that deal you have. Granted, I did have certain requirements for colors/wheels and at some point I would have to let go of those for the right deal.

I'm thinking I will hold-out for a deal on a '22. The carbon bucket seats are calling my name and just seem like the perfect fit for that car.

Ah, so the "free" comp package doesn't include full leather now. Interesting to see the Coupe and GC being the same starting price.

Hi. Has anyone gotten any deals on a 2022 yet? My guy said he would do 10% off an ordered one. I only started researching a week ago as I wanted to try a different brand (current cars are x7 m50i and 6 series GT, and 2 previous 7 series). I test drove a porsche taycan but it seemed pretty small and not that nice inside. Any advice would help.

Florida. But I also know the gm so that may be why he gives me good deals. He gave me close to 10% off an ordered x7 m50i before it even came out. I doubt he would do the same for random people.

I got a $1000 under invoice. Which I thought was reasonable.

I'm curious also on the discounts on 2021 M8GC's. If they are good enough, might ask Mrs. Malibu to add this to her list of potentials at lease end.

Ping Dan Next Level Auto Brokers is my recommendation.

I've got 6 months left on my m5 lease, should I hold out a few months for any potential better incentives on the horizon ?

Maybe hold out for 2 to 3 more months and decide to either order a custom one at that time or work with something on the lot.

Howd you get a 1445 payment on 112? Money down? Mileage allowance, security deposits? Is that plus tax or includes tax?

Thats what it comes out to.

no money down, thats with 9% tax in PA.

base MF. 10k miles/year

It may have been like $113,300 cause I lost a key on my X5 so they added another $500, then a BS dealer processing fee which I fought but they wouldn't budge. And it was a $300 "loss" on trading in my X5 early

So final really was $113,300

I only saw MY21 rates in the thread.

Anyone know what 2022 M8 Coupe lease rates are? And any loyalty credit or other credits for 22 MY?

Also, what is base MF for May?
