Remapped M850i running 729bhp
I mentioned a few weeks ago that my M850i was going to be remapped by DMS Automotive, and today was the day.
The car was running 509bhp from stock (meant to be 523bhp) and 540lb ft of torque (meant to be 553lb ft). Well post remap (Stage 1), the car is now running: 729bhp 715lb ft of torque (973 nm). The car feels totally different, and while I haven't had the chance to test it properly, it's an absolute monster! It'll be doing a speed run in the UK on 25th April, and I'm aiming for 195-200mph. That kind of power out of an 850 is quite impressive, hope the engine's internals can withstand it over time. What kind of dyno was used, dyno dynamics, wonder how it comps to mustang's? Is your engine's BMW warranty now toast? Hope you hit 200mph!

M850i tune?
how is your M850i after the tune now you’ve had it a while? I’m thinking about getting mine done - is it worth it? The car is pretty damn quick already
