I just came across this REQUIRED question while job hunting on Indeed. SMH

Very tempting to respond with "Use whatever you like, as long as you use it in the past tense."

They/them for the win! "You see, sir, there's 3 of us in here. We all identify as hard workers. Imagine that. You hire us and you get the productivity of 3 binary mortals."

For the record I just don't get this "they/them"
Shit. I get that you don't identify as male or female but the pronoun of choice just makes it sound like you have a multiple personality disorder.

I used to work with this guy in the late 80's, he'd been in the Airborne Regiment Pathfinders so he was a bit off the reservation. Anyway that was when everyone had business cards and we all kept them in a box in our lockers. I used to grab a bunch of his business cards and go to the report room and use one of the typewriters (yes that's what we used) and I'd type Horsecock under his name and rank then put them back in the box in his locker. Funny shit, people would call the station wanting to talk to the boss and complain about him all the time.

So you messed with a veteran? I guess times were different in the 80s.

I have a very hard time referring to a single person with a plural pronoun. It really makes zero grammatical sense, there has to be a better option, but I don't know what it is.

David Letterman had once a guy into his show whos name was Dick Assman… No nicknames to tell actually, but R.I.P. since 2016.
