No offense, but that's probably one of the dumbest post ever if you just saying that based on the brand and not your personal needs.

The point of buying the car isn't for 'something else'.

Its for owning a supercar.

Hmm....Don't you have to be a sponsor or something to advertise over here?

Another issue, the dealer must be really good to get 6 Gtr's(Ratio is less then 4 GTR's per dealer) , I would advise people to go with it

I checked with one of my local Nissan dealers a few days ago....wanted to see how bad the waiting list was. The Interrnet mgr emails back to me and says I would be number 2, and that I could place my order right away. He then goes on to tell me they are taking a $25,000 markup over msrp!!

Nissan apparantly sent out some internal communication to their dealers to encourage them not to take these types of markups. Apparntly there are several dealers in the states that aren't taking any markup at all, so I was a bit surprissed.

Well, after the first posting about the GTR and hooking a member up, we just delivered the first GTR out of the dealership. The proud owner.. VQMOTORING...

The car is sooo amazing in person. It was a pleasure doing business with you. Pics will be posted later on.

The model year Nissan GT-R MSRP's are as follows (destination and Handling not included)

GT-R $69850
GT-R Premium $71900

destination and handling costs are being researched.

Super Silver Paint = add 3000
all other no extra charge.

GT-R Premium (includes BOSE branded audio system, Heated seats, side & curtain airbags)

The Super Silver color is limited to 25% of total mix
Floormats and ipod interface are recommended at 100%
Premium model is recommended at 95% of total mix
So 71900+3000(paint)=74900+15000 dealer markup=89900+tax @ .085 (+7641.5)= $97,541.50

Basically a 100G's to get into this GTR, I wish I had that 2nd job now...

So how much you guys charging for the markup? You said it wont be 20K but it certainly can be any other number below it. I ask because I know someone that might just be genuinely interested in a no bullshit MSRP GT-R.

In the pm he sent me, he said it would be with a $10k dealer markup I believe. Pretty good considering....

Still think it looks like a cat fish. That grille just gives me a desire to get me a fishing pole. But damn, I would love to have one too along with an M3.

VQ, how's the quality of the car compared to a BMW? I'm curious because now that I know I'd be able to order it via military car sales for 3% less than MSRP, I'm planning on this in the next year.

So VQ, the question remains...now that you have the mighty GT-R, what are you going to do with it? We know you're a mod shop. btw -- SIK car...enjoy!
