M850 Leasing prices

I think a lot of the members on this forum have convinced me to lease an M850 or M8 convertible. I originally wanted to purchase a 1-2 years old pre-owned so I don't get hit with the brunt of the depreciation loss. I still am leery about ownership so leasing might be better for me. Do any members have good leasing connections. So far I did hear of someone leasing anM850 convertible (around 125k MSRP) for just under $1,000/month with 4k out of pocket. 7,500miles/year. Any recommendations? Thank you!
