Drive by videos of the M850i. I have a new respect!

Hi all, some of you know I’ve been critical of the start up sound of this car. But wow, on drive by with the valves fully open, this sounds like a proper German muscle car. Crisp and just the right tone. I am much more happy now to know that it sounds like this with hard pulls!

Even from far away you can hear those aggressive crackles on upshift.

I recommend listening with proper speakers.

Doesn't it sound awesome? My favorite thing to do is drop the top and drive through a tunnel in Sports mode, wide open throttle. Way better sounding than anything pumping through the Bowers & Wilkens!
Love that color by the way, but maybe I'm biased

Sounds great! I watched your previous YouTube videos also. Are you still planning on modding the exhaust or are you going to trade the car in?

^ Right now I’m on the fence. I don’t want to get rid of such a nice car, but I have to admit I want something a bit more exciting.

Car prices are dropping nicely right now, I'd give it a bit longer and you should find many things for great prices. Heck I'm already finding 19 GT3 RS for under 200k and under 20k miles on them.
