Thanks bud! I took off the XDrive badge as I've always thought it look terrible on every model I've ever seen it on. Kind of like the M850i badge so I think that will stay on it.

I have an OEM M8 CF spoiler being delivered tomoorow to try out. May even snag the tiny OEM M8 black one to give it a try. The RW Carbon one was a bit tooo aggressive for my tastes

Actually, you can use the stock diffuser, just need to remove the trim rings. You have to get an exhaust fabricator to modify the pipes coming out of the muffler like pictured below, this isn't a simple bolt-on

I don't think we've determined what the outlet size is coming out of the muffler yet, it's likely not 63mm / 2.5 inches. If you have a set of calipers, take a quick measure of the OD of the muffler where I highlighted in red. You'd then need to cut the factory tips off at the mark in yellow since they are welded on. I can likely locate tips like this in that size

I think you are right, its 3 inches or 75mm.
