And lets not forget the Texas plate And the same Texas car has the US DOT front reflectors as well.

The car doesnt appear to be lowered to me but the camera can do magic yet again.

r33_RGSport aka Ben, I think, has said that the coupe sits lower than the GC in stock setup.
