Watch the loose sediment during rain storms- especially on that frozen paint. I had a frozen dark red metallic F90 M5 and that thing chipped easily and moreso during rain storms with all the rocks and shit.

That smoke white interior worked well with the piano black trim! Pretty close to my silverstone/pb. I really like the pb piece that goes across the dash of the f90.

Yes the drop for the KW HAS was maxed out. I believe KW specs show max drop of 20mm for front and 15mm for rear.

I did enjoy my R8, actually I've had several. A very high quality car, smooth shifting and tight. The car was difficult to enter and had very little storage space; not very practical. Also the 2020 R8 is much more expensive than the M8. However for drive-ability, power, and performance I prefer the M8. The M8 is more comfortable, roomy, and has a large trunk. Relative to performance my DME tuned M8 has more horsepower and torque than the R8, and would win in the 0-60 time and in the 1/4 mile. The R8 torque, due to it being a V10, is slow to spin up in the lower rpm's. Hope this helps.

Thanks! The color is named Bronze Chrome. A local shop removed the wheels/tires, sent out the wheels for powder coating, and then remounted the tires/wheels. I believe the cost was $750 which is reasonable; and I am able to retain the oem wheels which is usually advisable for resale value. I would have spent much more $ had I opted for after market wheels.

I had this same color on my gray R8 which looked great so I correctly assumed it would look good on the M8.

Yes the wheels look good and the front lip adds to the overall look. I believe the single most impressive change to a vehicle's appearance can be the wheels. Powder coating oem wheels is a nice improvement and less expensive than purchasing an entire new set of wheels.
