Retrofit M8 Climate-Controlled Seats (S453) possible?

Hello, I want to retrofit the ventilated seat option in a BMW M8 with S712 M Sports Seats with S4HB Heat Comfort Package Front. Sadly it doesn't have the seat ventilation so i thought about retrofit the coolers. is this a easy job with the M Sports Seats or a big deal? i searched arround and found the coolers (part number 52107056235) but nothing else. it looks in the exploration plan, that the seats itself are different to the ventilated version. so i think the installation could be a lot of work and mabye not worth it? does anyone have some experience with that job and can give me some details?
