These are perhaps the most effective non-BMW compliant tires ever! I see no difficulties navigating through even 20" inches of snow.

Really like it. Would love to see what you'd come home with if you needed performance tires!

Nice looking TJ ! Is it as rust free as the picture shows? How many miles?

I have one too. Taking it to Moab next year. I'm really looking forward to it.

That's exactly something I would do, "honey, im going to get milk" and come back with a new car.
As odd as this sounds but in snow up to 6", I prefer driving my 435 xdrive with snows over my '16 Wrangler. I just feel more planted and slip way less. That sure is one beautiful Wrangler though!

Looks stout! lol.. I was looking at tires now as well.. but I have to remember I have a built FZJ80 Land Cruiser sitting in my garage for the white stuff.

I did put Blizzaks on my old E60 M5. One year got stuck in snowstorm coming over the mountains.. the tires helped immensely but that was living life on the edge in a 500hp car on snow tires..

Seahawks - Bears in playoffs??

The Jeep will be nice, but not with those tires! You need something narrow on there, whether a dedicated snow tire or not.

Nice! '97 FZJ80 semi-built here myself. We're probably the only a handful of guys that have both and 80 and a F10. Mine is semi-built (armored up), but I don't have lockers. That was next on the list when I stopped myself. PM me some pics of your 80. Are you on MUD?

lol.. small world. Funny story.. my buddy sold me his 93 last year in order to get a 97, as his ultimate goal was to turbo it. He picks up the 97 out of New Orleans, drives it back to Seattle and the head gasket blows. Poor SOB.. lol Love the guy.. took us a few months to rebuild it, but shes back on the road.

Mine is fairly simple.. work in progress. Just added a TJM T17 front bumper last night (black friday special), MetalTech4x4 sliders to be installed when wifes not looking, 35's, OME Suspension, new leather, stereo and most importantly - 2 sets of cupholders from NH3DPrinting

Dont post much on MUD but visit a few times a day.. screen name SerbCruiser

Sorry for the late reply, been on vacation over the holidays. It's 125xxx and a '02. Pretty much rust free, small spots on hinges

Thanks! Your TJ looks super-clean from the picture.

Yeah, not much close by me in central NJ. Closest area to off-road is a 1.5 hour or so drive.

Thanks! Trying to keep it clean all the time. Should've seen it on Saturday.
I apologize I know it's a bimmer forum 😁

Awesome, ride and tires!

I got exactly the same A/T tires on my 4Runner but I have not used it in winter yet. Before I bought Duratrac I already have set of dedicated winter tires, Nokian Hakka R SUV. Once Nokians are done, I will probably keep the Duratrac for 4 seasons since these tires are winter rated.

LOL, I was having the same conversation today. Was asking her and my daughter which one of the following I needed for a winter/rain vehicle; 4 door rubicon or 4 door tacoma... Seems a Tacoma is winning in my case so far.

I like the new Wrangler, but it's the polar opposite of the type of vehicle I need. I drive a lot of highway miles.

One thing I've noticed is how many women in their 20s drive these in the NY-Metro area. It's like this region's pickup truck. Women don't drive pickup trucks around here.

Good luck with the new Jeep.
