New Shoes
Just had some Vossen HF4T's installed on the M850. Kept the wheels at 20in., but went 9.5 on front and 10.5 on rear. Going to a 265 front/305 tire width on rear brought the wheels out flush with fenders and definitely gave the car a more aggressive stance. Also was nice to be able to get rid if the spacers. Not a good day for a photo here in Texas-very overcast.

Looks awesome. I did a Vossen HF5 last year, but "only" went out to 255 and 295. The handling was transformed. I thought the 295s looked ginormous, the 305s must fill up ALL of the wheel well. 🤣
How do you feel about the way it drives now? |

I love it! Feels more planted. My only cocern was going to non run flats. Getting them in a 305 was the issue. I have a electronic inflator I'll start carrying around and plan on getting a flat tire kit just in case. Been quite awhile since I've driven on a non rf. The positive looks to be maybe no more cracked wheels. Seems like evertime I go over a rr track I crack a wheel. A little flex on the sidewall might help.
