TPMS Error - sensor issue?

Hi all - anyone ever had this error / stored error code in the fault memory? It pinged up this morning (all pressures are definitely ok @ 41psi all round). I reset the tyre settings on the iDrive, and all was fine, then the bong & error came back up 5-10 mins later.

Pretty cut and dry. Take it to a shop and see if they can reprogram it (the sensor). If not, you will need to buy a new one.

The car is under warranty, so I’d expect they replace it FOC if it’s defective (and indeed is the rear left sensor at fault)

My situation is a bit different (sorry Beemer5to3, didn't mean to hijack your thread).

Despite receiving the flat indicator and the warning message depicted in the image below, the tire pressure readings indicate that all tires are in good condition. It's perplexing! Specifically, the affected tire is at 37 PSI, yet the system continues to register it as if it were flat

I performed the tire "reset" multiple times. While it often returns back to "ok/good" status temporarily after the reset, it eventually reverts back to indicating a flat a bit later or upon restarting the ignition.

Any insights or solutions? or should this case be a dealer issue as well?
