Crackling noise through B&W metal / door open / close issue

Maybe you've got some solution for that.
When you open / close door you can hear the noise.
I think that the noise is from metal from B/W.

It has been in workshop but they do not solve it.
Maybe you have some thoughts which I can give them.

I may have the same problem with the driver's door on my M8 coupe. When I open and close the door, there's an intermittent clicking sound which isn't related to the hinge itself. The dealership wanted to take apart the door panel, but I declined since the car is new and it comes and goes. One of the metal B&W speaker grills is a good thought.
