There is a F90 M5 in my neck of the woods in VooDoo Blue. Looks fantastic in person. I like it better then my YMB. congrats!

The chalk-esque color and blue don't look bad. That mint and yellow however don't look good on such a huge vehicle in my opinion, doesn't fit the character of the car, but one man's trash is another man's treasure.

Didn't like it on the 4Runner and definitely don't like it on the 8er.. for the same reason. That's a whole lot of car to be that blue.

It's all about looking different. There are so many black/white basically greyscale BMWs out there, this color makes you one of a kind.

Very nice car but these 8 Series are literally lingering around at the dealerships.
In my area they have even a special edition red one which is over 200,000 and is almost a year and the car is still there. Another dealership has the same car with the same faith. What they sold, they sold as a demo or after they use it for a while.

Always said it, and still keep my opinion, this supposed to be the new 6 Series and have the 6 Series price.
But a very greedy team of crooks at BMW headquarter thought that changing the 6 with an 8 will work in asking a shitload of money.

I love the car a lot and I believe that is absolutely gorgeous, but I will never pay that for it. I buy an X4 and a M performance 340i and still have a lot of money left...

Chalk Grey, Fashion Grey, Santorini Blue, Mint Green, Speed Yellow, Rosso Corsa Red, Urban Green.
All these pictures were taken the same day. All M8 Gran Coupe Competition with Carbon Aero package. Almost all of them were exactly the same price down to the dollar.

Yes Urban green

They brought an M5 in this color to Track Days in the PACNORWEST. Even with rubber all over the quarters (drift pad), it was amazing in person.

What is the red special edition you are referring to? As far as I know there has never been a 8-series SE in red. Also all existing SEs are well south of $200K.
