M8 problem in 4x4 only, wrong tyres?

Hi guys. I have bought 2020 M8 and there is no problem when on 2WD but when it is in 4x4 and you drive a few kilometers there car starts to do odd things. It is like being hit repeatedly and when you accelerate it gets very unstable and tries to steer left or right. This is with all systems for driving assistance off.

There is no problems when being diagnosed. They told me the back tyres are the wrong size and they are making those problems. Instead of being 285/35/20 I bought 285/30/20. Do you think this is the problem?

Sounds like traction control off will do that . Uneven tires and wrong size on the driving wheels will fight for grip. Will it do the same odd things if all the nannies were switched on?

Yes tire size is certainly the problem. You can ruin your transmission and differential.
I would not drive until fixed.

Also make sure that someone didn’t rotate the tires and put a front on the rear if it’s a staggered set up.
