Do your guys' windows on Gran Coupe go all the way down?

I attached a pic. It’s worse on the passenger side than the driver. When I hit the window down button….whether it’s the one touch or the holding it….it stops like a half inch from the end. I can then press the button again and it goes all the way down. Is this normal or?

On the m6 you can reset them by holding it down for a few seconds once its all the way down, then up and holding for a few while its all the way up, then a quick down - there are some forums on it but any time mine gets stuck that is the trick that worked

I’ve tried that….it doesn’t work. Thus, I am thinking maybe this is normal?

There was a post about this same issue like 3 weeks ago. I believe someone said they need to be recalibrated by the factory or something

Mine does it sometimes only on the driver door but when I push the Button a second time, it goes all the way down! Yours is a bit higher than mine!
