Is the factory glass tinted on the inside of the car or between the glass?

I seem to have some fine scratches on the inside part of my drivers window. They are actually scratches, not swirls. I was thinking I might be able to polish those out but not sure if the glass is tinted?

I believe the rear windows have a light tint from the factory but not sure if the fronts do?

I assume the glass is tinted throughout, it’s not a film a such but all the glass is that tinted colour

You won't be able to polish scratches out of glass. It's way too hard. It can be done with specialized equipment and a material called Cerium Oxide, but it makes a huge mess.

Yeah that’s what I’m reading now. Is there any product that might fill scratches?

I've successfully lightened (significant improvement - scratch hardly noticable unless you look for it) scratches from glass using this 3m cerium oxide. It was work to do it by hand. By hand you can lessen the scratch with patience and a good applicator. Follow the instructions.
3m cerium oxide

Whether you have any success trying to polish anything out of glass depend on exactly what sort of scratch you have. If these are scratches you can catch with a fingernail you will not be able to do anything with that. But many glass scratches are more like surface abrasions - like what you would get rubbing two pieces of glass together. Those, or super fine scratches that look like the fine scratches common on interior wood trim, you might be able to improve somewhat.

Odd question but some markets do have the option for tinted/privacy glass on the 8-series but no go in the US. Is you glass truly tinted from the factory?

Yes. Rear passenger windows and rear screen. Almost impossible to see if anyone inside.

Yeah, I can feel it with my finger....they are not really noticeable and no clue how they got there.
