Change ownership information

I went to service for the first time last week and there were issues because the first owner was still in the system under the vin. I opened a ticket with bmw but it seems I just got a generic response saying my bmw connect is already setup (not what I asked). Anyone know who I could contact to get this changed?

I am currently having an issue with a BMW dealer and have made more progress by reaching out to BMW through their website contact page rather than speaking with the dealer I am having an issue with.
