nice review. I finally was able to drive one of these this past weekend. Car is amazing. Its a little big for my personal use but for someone looking for that class of car its a pretty good way to go. Car def doesn't lack in power

The F06/12/13 has them in the seat (which ironically is what the E31 did) and it is much much easier to find the seatbelt in an M6 than it is the M2 or M4 which also don't have the caddy and have the seatbelt coming out of the B pillar

I have a client that built one in carbon black that should be here in two weeks and I'm excited to see it.

The more I see them the more I like them. It's quite a stylish car in person especially the fastback roofline. The rear 3/4 is really nice.
I sat inside one with white interior and didn't come away very impressed with the interior design. I know it would look better in brown or red but it should feel special in any color. It gave off strong X5 vibes which works fine if the car were X5 priced. |

The ride of the upcoming M8 will be harsher as well. This is a major issue for many of us that want a powerful vehicle but don’t need it to be so hard core. I think the M850 hits it just right. How much faster do you need to go and you will end up paying $25k more to go only .20 of a second faster 0-60mph with a full M and have a harsher over all ride. Unless you track the car, it’s not a good trade off. |
