Production BMW 8 Series leaked !!

Wow... I feel like Lexus nailed the concept to production on the new LC, whereas this is quite underwhelming compared to the concept.

I'll reserve final judgement until we see full photos and models in showrooms, but not so sure on this new 8er for now.

Actually if you look...you can see many of the characteristics of the concept are there, even in the rear bumper almost every contour is the same.

The black plastic is meh but overall it's quite similar

Agreed. The G11/G12 are ugly as fuck. Its sad to see BMW have failed so much the last years. Look how beautiful Mercedes has come to. My next car is definitely not a BMW.

Yep looking back at those leaked pics reminded me how bummed out I was when I saw that the official pics and car were just as awful as the leaks. New 7er leaves MUCH to be desired.

I don't know about the rear bumper with all those angles and the huge cutout, guess we'll have to see better pictures, but I do like the rest of what I see(besides the grilles).

Well, isn't the 7 series not a failed design then when you look at the much better accomplished E38, E23 or the E32? You can hardly say that the G11 has the clothes that match the ambition of the leading BMW supersaloon. It's dull and proportions are not immediately convincing.

I'am glad I still have a E39 which is an instant beauty from every angle you look at it! The new 8 series will be added to the long list of recent disappointments.

when spy phone came out I said I would never drive that. I had a 750i m sport for 1 yr. still miss it.
