Racetrack and HP Tire package

There’s a 2019 m850i I’m looking at that says it has this package, but it has 20inch gray wheels with Pirelli Pzero Summers. Are they not supposed to be black wheels with non run flats?

Nope - tyre lottery with them. The 8 came with these typically:

Pirelli P-zero PZ4 (RFT)
Michelin PS3 ZP (RFT)
Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymetric (RFT)
Bridgestone Potenza S007 (non-RFT)
Michelin Pilot Supersport (non-RFT)
