It does, it comes standard with ID7

Drive Recorder is available for 2021 models. If you don't see it in your list of BMW apps, check the Connected Drive store. In some markets it has to be purchased then downloaded to iDrive.

If it is not activated you can buy the app in the in-car store (if you have the 3d parking assistant) but for me it was disappointing:
- you can only record 40 seconds
- you can only keep 10 recordings
- the resolution is so bad i can not read any license plates
- there is no cleaning mechanism for the camera, in bad weather condition they become useless quickly
- no audio
- speed only in xml format
- the button to activate it is not easy to find blindly
- when the car is off it also does not record
- the length of the camera lens is so short and the cam so low that a car in front of you looks like it is a mile away
