my e90 has gotten me 3 speeding tickets in the last 6 months, i need the room in the Volvo, AWD is a must because my new barn is down a dirt road/trail e90 almost got stuck when it rained, and horrible gas millage in the e90

Most of the reasons you mentioned for trading your car seem valid, but gas milage isn't one of them. You weren't satisfied with the gas milage from a 3 liter inline 6, so you go to a V8 attached to a vehicle that is at least 1000lbs heavier?

I also have a Volvo S60 2.4T, so don't take this as a Volvo bashing post. I think they are very good cars, just a different focus.

yeah the gas mileage will worst with the v8 but i would have expected better
form the 330i

the towing capacity is around 5000lb for the v8 and 4500lb for the I-6 3.2L
i will tow the brenderup with it but i have a truck and a 5 horse slant load for the long-hauls. i have a Baron it the best thing i have bought for the horse
