I love the rear. The front I wish was like the M4 a bit, the F8x has seriously the best front end with the exception of the hood front bumper line that I have gotten over.

This side profile I'm probably the least fond of. Will be interesting to see if the side profile of the GC does it for me like I think it will. But overall glad that the 8 is back even if it's really just the new M6.

Looks fantastic. Will look at maybe CPO in 2023 or something. $145K fully loaded is 😓😓😓

Absolutely gorgeous! I have to say that this is the first all new BMW in a while that has nailed it from every angle. Beautiful lines, grill is not too big, interior is phenomenal. Even the price point seems fair.

Rear end looks sick! Rest of the exterior, meh. Interior looks awesome though. And yay for finally a different shift knob design! But these prices though! Are these prices base MSRP or are these prices with options? Sheesh! BMW M cars have officially reached exotic car prices. Also, I'm relieved to see that the M8 Coupe is 100lbs lighter than the F90 M5. I really thought it was gonna be the same weight since the M850i is so heavy. They did shave weight off the M850i for the M8, so good job ///M Division. There is hope for you yet. I'm still waiting for the G90 M5, especially if the M8 is going in this direction. The F90 M5 now looks a little dated.

Agreed.

Absolutely gorgeous car.
Beautiful car, and the Convertible looks amazing from the rear quarters, wish it was closer to the concept though. I'm not feeling that M8 badge on the centre stack, I don't think it belongs there....feels like it should be something more special...there's a lot to like here though, BMW should sell plenty of these...

all that, and still no galvanized buttons, and still using the monochrome HVAC display from the 3-Series instead of the nicer color one from the X5 and X7. Hell, the galvanized buttons are in the X7 too. And the 7. They're the same buttons, why are they not using them?

Gorgeous vehicles, especially the convertible, can't wait to drive one and read the upcoming reviews.

Honestly it doesnt seem all that much different then the m850i in my opinion.

Wish they would have kept the body from the m8 gran coupe concept, that was probably the best looking BMW ever.

This is what I waited for?

Going to get a great deal on an 850i when this comes out. Just underwhelming- unlike when the f13 came out.

The convertible would be nice but bmw and their love for the soft tops keep ruining it. That's 2 now, the i8 roadster and now this- that the soft top makes it look lame.

I am not sure if this M8 is enough of a difference from my 2015 Competition package M6 to make a change. I am going to wait to see one in person, but I honestly think my M6 looks sportier and more aggressive than the M8 vert.

so same hp as the m5, nothing really special on the outside. why isnt this just the M6 again? their flagship car shares more with their mid level executive sedan with a 50k price jump.

I think it's really beautifully done, as someone else mentioned, being the flagship it could use something to differentiate it from the rest of the heard
