Saw that the 720s will weigh around 2800lbs dry, and it will produce 710hp. That's crazy.

There's the 488 GTB, Huracan Performante, and now the 720s. I think all start just under 300k. I'd feel pretty shitty right about now if I had bought the 400+k ford GT.

Car is absolutely hideous. Can't really think of a single other mid-level supercar I'd take this over. R8, 570S, Huracan, 488, 911 Turbo, GT3, I'd much rather have.

It's about 3,100 pounds with fluids, decent, but nothing crazy.

The Ford GT will clobber all of the cars you listed on resale, so don't feel too bad for their owners.

At first I didn't like the front too much..but now I think it's just pure evil. This car is epic. The lines on the sides remind me a lot of the F1..the rear, with all that aero and sleek lights..

I'll be honest, the 720 sounded like shit from the interior though. Had a very n/a 4 cylinder Honda noise.

Car is amazing though.

I agree with you OP, I'm not a fan of the styling either. Way too much front end over the front wheels for one. But I do respect them as a company and they seem to actually want to sell you a car unlike P who makes a car you want, only to make it unobtainable except 2nd hand for 2-4X the msrp. A lot of P owners are defecting to Mac in large part because of this, especially long time loyalists who are getting F-Us from their dealers on allocations.

I'm looking forward to seeing a spec where someone does away with the black in the headlights by either buying a black or full carbon car or having that painted...that's pretty much my only gripe with the looks of the car...those damn headlights stand out too much...and I know...they are functional air vents etc etc etc but they definitely stand out too much for my taste.
