McLaren GT vs M8 Competition

With the debut of McLaren GT, and numbers fairly close, can't wait to see these two head to head. Although the GT looks like it's on the Keto diet while M8 is eating meat &potatoes, they should be close. Possibly?

I bought my M6 because it is comfortable enough, has 4 seats (but really only 3 are usable), has plenty of power, V8 and so on.

While I could see myself going to the M8 for the same reasons I think that on that next price bracket up that if I was able to get a 720s that I'd be able to afford an E63s wagon or an Alpina B5 Touring. I'd take that combo of 2 cars everyday instead of a single McLaren GT

Agreed. Mad most Alpina's don't make it to the US. IMO I'd take an Alpina b6 (praying a b8 comes) just for the practicality and speed

These cars won't be that close in terms of performance. M8 will have similar power but weigh 400 kg more. Yikes.
