On my X5M and M4 the headrests don't raise up as it's one integrated seat. It almost looks like the head rest could go up on the M8, even though it was an integrated look. I'm 6'8" and I'm more comfortable with the head test raised a bit higher. I know it goes up on the M850i.

Yes it do, and when you close the car it's goes down also very cool lol

That is indeed very cool. I'm 6'6" but haven't messed with the headrest in my M850i yet. Just get in and enjoy the drive after just setting my initial seat position, lumbar and side rest "squeeze".
