Lease is not worth it. BMW Select is a lot better.

Financing with a balloon payment at the end?

Why is it better than leasing, lower figures? If so, it's just deferred, what do you do after a few years have elapsed?

Overall the numbers are better when you calculate the TCO.

What dealership? State? And do you know if the promo is specific to your dealership or Nationwide?

Tom Hesser in PA. He specifically called it a flagship incentive, which seems to be something BMW likes to do with the 7 series on occasion, so I wouldn't think it was dealership specific. They're a small low volume dealer so I wouldn't think they'd be offering up something like that on their own either, although, he said the word came from his GM which seemed odd.

End of year lease special

2019 M850i lease deal of $1339/month for a 36-month lease with $5500 cap cost reduction for $113K MSRP: https://www.bmwusa.com/special-offer...ayareabmw.html.

In LA, they're offering the same deal but for higher MSRP of $123K: https://www.bobsmithbmw.com/dtw-new-...-calabasas-ca/. This includes the $5K lease incentive (rebate) offered by BMW right now for 2019s plus some extra discount by the dealer.

This deal official ends today (Sep 30) but presumably will still be available for leftover 2019s afterward.
