That depends--which model?

A little more info on the car. From my understanding it was a special order but ended up coming in without the correct parking assist package (doesn't come with parking sensors or cameras, only the reverse camera) so customer ordered another one. Sounds similar to what I've been reading happened to others on here. Car has been sitting on lot for months. Just curious if what they offered is the absolute best off they can make like they are saying or if it's possible to get it a little lower.
With no down payment is a good deal; I got a similar one

They are asking for $5000 down which includes the first months lease payment.

Try to get to no down payment except the first month and you got a good deal.

Thanks. Not sure if they'll go to zero down. I'm looking at trading in my F80 and their initial offer for it was $34k but have since come up to $39k. When I left the dealer last night it sounds like I may be able to get it to $4k down which includes the first months lease payment.

I did ask them to run the numbers on what I would be paying total for the car and they said it would be just under $100k, almost at $99k. The MSRP on the window sticker prices this car at a little over $123k. So we are basically looking at about 20% off MSRP.

Agreed. Also depending on the sticker at $1099 per month there might be dealer incentives going into the lease rate especially, e.g., if the car is in the $125K range. The watered down DAP2 only shaves off $600 from the $1100 DAP package which was my beef with BMW NA, i.e., why offer that on a $113K plus car? At that price range people may choose differently for the $1900 individual price, $2K for full leather, $3K for carbon roof and $3400 for B&W audio. But $600 I cannot see that being a factor whatsoever.

My original order finally did sell so there is someone driving it around here in the Phoenix Metro area I'm sure loving the Dravit Grey, Fiona Red/Black full leather, carbon fiber roof and B&W audio. Just not sure if they realized going into the purchase it is missing 3D View, Parking Assistant, etc.

Try to get all numbers from the dealer. If they can give you a monthly rate, they should be able to provide all data.
Personally, 20% for a 2019 is not a great deal but Hawaii may have a different market.

Yeah Hawaii market is completely different. We only have one dealer on island so not like I can go check out another one. We used to be able to go buy one on the mainland and pay the $1000 for shipping it here through Matson. But they now changed the laws here so if you buy out of state you have to pay the states tax you bought the car in and then when you register the car here in Hawaii you have to pay Hawaii state tax on top of that. Really disincentivized people from buying off island.

2020 M850i Tire & Rim Coverage

Your advise...

I'm about to start the process of getting a 2020 M850i Gran Coupe. Has anyone purchased the tire & wheel protection? I believe packages are designed differently.

MF for April appears to be dropped to .00118.
Not a mind boggling reduction as all other terms are the same as March.

Yup, I checked, too--wouldn't make a difference worth mentioning... I was expecting a little more favorable pricing.

Mercedes has responded stronger IMO. 0% financing on 36 months at least and lower rates on longer terms. For leases, some of the MF has dropped by 50% including some of their boat anchor AMG GT 4 door models.
Haven't seen their April rates but there will be some attractive rates well below BMW MF (non AMG)

In relation to other high line brand standard MF's like AMG and Audi R/RS(cause this is a standard M mf) this is rather low.

All standard MF's at MBFS and Audi FS are higher by a long shot.

Marry all this into solid coupe discounts on the M8 and its ok with a slightly lower residual.

To be sure, BMW MF for M-cars is pretty much unbeatable compared to MB AMG, Audi R/RS or Porsche.

MB heavily subvents models they want to move, including the low-end AMG stuff.
Example: GLC (2019 @.00029, 2020 @.00058, AMG 43 models from .00087 to .001)

My comment was based on BMW raising the rates just to bring it down again.
MF was .00128 in Dec. then .00137 to .00142 to .00118.
Doesn't look that impressive...

Now, you can get killer deals on M8 coupes. I assume that 25%+ incentives should easily doable.

Yeah I hear you on the M rates, but their margins remain low overall as the range from 142 to 118 is only 57 APR basis pts max. And the prime rate drop helped push.

AMG is so fucked on the GLC its not even funny- and the 43's and 53's are terrible too. As much as BMW has diluted the M brand- AMG has fucked theirs up beyond belief.

Ok talk to me about 25% off right now, where do I go? Ill take a home delivery. I want a coupe CE.

Let me check. I recently had a follow-up from the time when we got ours last December and they were desperate to move a car.

Like you said, best is to hit up the small town, single point stores. We originally checked the upper Midwest and ended up in DesMoines

I dont mind spending a few more bucks to get the car locally--- I just havent done any work or research on it. There is a nicer 162k msrp car in white over here but Im lazy so I havent started an approach.

I disagree....I don't think anyone is going to do anywhere near 25% on any M8.
