My dealer just placed the order with BMW. They say usually BMW confirms the production month by end of April 2024 so they are estimating a production month of June 2024 but since it has the Individual color it will take 2 months in production and then another 1 month to reach the island country of Mauritius where I live. Is it okay to assume I might get my car till mid-August or do you think there will be longer production time for the car.

Congrats on the order? What color are you getting? I've had a few individual colors and I really don't think that part specifically added much if any time to the wait. These were the timelines on my 2 individual orders.

First thing is the dealer must have an allocation for the M8 model you ordered. Assuming they have an allocation, it should already have a production week assigned to the allocation. That said, in some cases individual colors may need approval and that could delay the order. It depends on if you ordered an individual color on BMWs M8 order guide or if you're looking for a color they don't typically spray on the M8. Lots of variables could impact your production date.
