funny enough, alway back in and got my first ticket for no plate in CA

last week. Guess they had nothing better to do that week.

If the parking lot is public (and most likely LA) those meter mother fuckers will get you for no plate for sure.

I got one a while back in Venice-- they ran the vin and knew plates were issued.

ABI is a must these days with our lowered cars and modified front fascia- plus those concrete blocks are crazy tall and with the metal spikes sticking out. Its frankly violence about to happen to our cars.
