2022 m850i - BimmerCode auto stop/start worked fine from day one but since my car update to 03/2023.50 it no longer works - I’ve gone back in to re-code several times, no errors, but does not remember the last (off) setting

Anyone else see this and perhaps have a work around? Using the latest BimmerCode software (iOS)

I was just at my dealer picking up a part for my X3. Was talking with a guy in a sweet M5 he was kinda pissed the update he did OTA a week ago now has his ASS to turn on unless he is in sport etc.... I'm wondering if BMW did something impactful on their end to block a lot of that???

Note mine is one upgrade behind and remembers last known settings for my ASS no matter what I'm running in.

Hmmmm …. You reminded me that I changed the default drive mode from Adaptive to Comfort when I was recoding other things after the update…. Maybe it never worked in Comfort?…. Doesn’t make sense but will recode to adaptive or sport and test tomorrow

There a lot of mention of this in other forums aswell with the latest software. Secure coding I believe
