Weird, I didn't think you could get driver's assistance pro without the normal driver's assistance package (which includes parking assistance plus) being ticked. Clearly with the ACC sensor and lack of a front camera that's the case here, though. I've been to Houston a few times, and with it being so spread-out, I could see why the dealer might have chosen to spec a car this way, but it is a silly option to leave off if you have full leather and the other nice to have options. Nonetheless, enjoy the car!

As far as the seats, I have the ivory/midnight seats in my X7. Just get a high quality leather cleaner and conditioner (stay away from one-step product as they don't do either very well). You'll likely only need to use it a couple of times a year. I use the chemical guys stuff, but I can't stand the scent of the conditioner, so while it does work, I'd stay away.

I think BMW made a few 2020 M8s without the 360 surround view cameras until Dec 2019 or so.

The dealer had a model with the surround view cameras but not in a color combination I preferred.

I've got silverstone in one of my rides and the secret to getting stains off of it is spray on sunscreen. Spray it on the stain, let it sit for a minute then wipe off. Repeat as necessary.

A new 840i in Dravit Grey. Great spec including M sport Pro Pack, Comfort Pack, Technology Pack and Carbon Pack. Can’t wait to get out of lockdown so I can take it for a proper drive.

I'm trying to get into a 992 since I already have a cayenne GTS I daily it. Looking at a build 992 leases are stupid high for it contemplating if I want to pay $1950 on a lease or buy a used r8 991 turbo 2017-2018 models or get back into a m8 again but this time a competition.

Looking at a new Ashton Martin lease too or a used mclaren lease.

Well done, great ride and very particular (rare) beautiful color. My father's E30 back in 1987 (a 318i) was the very same color. Definitely a winner on the M850i. I also like the 730 styling V spoke wheels a lot.

Loving the non-standard color. If only BMW would go back to the days of offering interesting and vibrant colors as standard or very low cost options.

Gorgeous! Love seeing something different on the 8. Curious your thoughts jumping from the M550 to the M850? Lease is about to be up in a few months and heavily considering grabbing the M850 or waiting for the new M440 Gran Coupe. Don't have it in me for another 5 series.
