Fwiw, not at all long ago I saw an IOMG M8 (coupe) in person, though the car was on a flatbed (single car flatbed) on the highway and the dude had the pedal to the metal. I tried to snap a pic but my infamously lame phone missed. The color on an 8 in person is very, very "wow."

Not a bad idea. I'm in Florida next week. Thanks again for the help

My local dealer just moved to a giant new facility. Stopped in to see my SA to schedule my 4th oil change before heading out on a 4,000 miler next month. I'm 2,000 miles early, but they'll do it.

This little beauty was on the showroom floor. Mercy effing sakes. San Remo Green looks spectacular in person. The cognac is nice. There's even Bowers & Wilkins. Hooooo boy. I wonder.......

Here some pics of my M850i Convertible in Aurora Diamant Green (same color as the first batch of M8 Grand Coupes produced few years ago). It is a pearlescent color, and it changes between green, dark green to even blue ....like the aurora light in the Nordics!

A brand new stock car, so hence the "studio pictures", as well as one in real life outside. More real life pictures later if appreciated.

Enjoying the V8 very much, especially when driving with the roof down of course

Went in to extend the warranty. Some guy was supposed to take it home. He left in a 7 series. I left in a San Remo with Tartufo.

Thanks Doc. I really wanted to go out to at least 75,000 miles. It was the sweetest running powerplant I've ever had. Buttery smooth, powerful and sounds fabulous. And bullet proof up till now. I think production will continue for another year, but you never know. Little bit sad to see the Carbon Black put out to pasture. What a great car.

Yes, I hope it is just as reliable.
