Get the dealer to at least match the BMW loyalty as just did that (actually they doubled it) during negotiations for my wife's new X5. X5 loyalty is also $1500 but I ended up with $4500 loyalty.

Does anyone have any negotiating tips for a CPO car?
I've found an M8C Convertible listed for around $106k that has been sitting on the lot for two months now. I'd like to offer around $92k less whatever incentives I can get on a CPO as an existing BMWFS customer. Is this too aggressive of an offer? Not aggressive enough?

Two months isn’t a long time for these cars.

"Used" 2024 M8 coupe w/ 500 miles - thoughts??
Hey folks. I found what I believe is a good deal on a 2024 M8 Coupe at a BMW dealership. Since it only has 500 miles (previous owner had it two months then sold it back), dealer did not CPO. It of course still has factory warranty and looks to be immaculate.
It's Dravit Grey with Black/Sakhir Orange Alcantara, and has every option except for carbon ceramics. Sticker was $157. They're asking $128. 248F - M8 Comp Cp - $136,800 C36 - Dravit Grey Metallic - $1,950 HDJI - Black Full Merino Leather Sakhir Orange Alcantara Cloth combination - $3,500 ZDA - Driving Assistance Package - $100 ZDY - Driving Assistance Pro Pkg - $1,700 1P9 - 20" M Double-spoke black, styl 6F1 - Bowers & Wilkins sound system - $3,400 71C - M Carbon Exterior Package - $5,400 7ME - M Driver's Package - $2,500 Freight - $995 TOTAL SUGGESTED PRICE $156,345 Looking for some input on this, recommendations on what offer to make, etc. Thanks in advance! |

I popped in to sit in a Gran Coupe today for size. Next thing I know the dealer found me a 2024 840xi in my colors listed at $98,000 which included a few options and destination. I asked for a 10% price reduction and got it if I sign by end of year which is Sunday. Told him I need a day to consider. The 10% includes a $4000 military discount, so they're only giving up $5800. Cash deal. Good deal?

In the market for a M8c coupe now. How much percentage off should I be shooting for? The max I got is 15% off for a 2024 lot dweller, but I don’t like the color.

Curious the one you passed on, how long had it been on the lot? In the market myself and starting to track inventory.

Seeking Advice from Current Owners
Hello Everyone,
This is my first time on this forum and I wish I had sought advice before committing to my new car. I built and ordered a 2025 M8 Competition Coupe, which takes 6 months to build in Munich, Germany. I left a $10,000 deposit, and the sticker price is $158,682.04. I am having buyer's remorse and instantly regretted buying this car. I don't even know why. The vehicle is super dope. It is a special painted blue with a white entire, and included all options. But I think that the depreciation on an M8 is so much higher than normal. I could have saved 100k by buying a used one. What do you guys think? |

I have to return my RS etron GT in Oct, and I’d consider returning to ICE for an aging 2024 M8 with flagship monies

Mainly because: 1. I got 15% off on the 2024 one thanks to all the rebates 2. I can't find an used one with the options I wanted that's priced reasonably. 3. I really like digital key which only comes with 21+ vehicles, plus the LCI 12.3 screen doesn't hurt. I wouldn't order a 2025 car due to the lack of the rebates and its steep depreciation. I got my 2024 for 126K with 150K msrp, which wasn't bad. And I am planning to keep it a very long time given it's the last non-hybrid V8 BMW that's not a SUV. |

Nice you were able to find something off the lot. I still have 5 months left on my lease but if find the right build off the lot we just deal with a few months overlap. Inventory is there, but builds are horrible imo. Either super basic or add-ons that I wouldn't need. Worst case (1st world problems) is leasing a '25. Congrats on the new ride, definitely post pics.

Anyone have experience with M850 GC new? There is a 2025 I have interest in, but no idea the discount, before loyalty, USAA, etc. msrp is 116k. These depreciate so much in year 1 and 2.

2025 has very little rebates or discounts, I'd get a 2024 instead, and I'd try 18% off given non-M cars usually have bigger discounts. If you have to order a 2025, I'd say 10% is probably the best you can get.
