Mine is around 10-11mpg... Always drive in comfort or eco, don't drive hard or race. Might have to bring it to the dealer and check? This is the 2022 M850i coupe. One service advisor told me that it's normal to run 10mpg and there's nothing they can do about it cause the car has only 9000 miles. Might sell the car.

I had the 2020 bmw m8 competition just before this and it didn't eat this much gas...

Hey guys . For those in the USA , your magic I a little different to us in the UK . PLEASE remember . 13 US mpg is about 16 UK mpg. Please correct me if I am wrong .

After 2,750 miles, I’m seeing ~23 mpg. Lot’s of county highway driving to work (~45 MPH) and highway on the way home from work (75+ mph)

Well there is that possibility. 🙂. This is Ohio. Not many exciting open roads here for exciting driving.

I hear ya but you have to have less traffic on expressways where you can open that GT Beast up!!!!

Sure you can drive somewhere but it's not very exciting. Drive fast on the highways here and good bye license. And car. They impound or sell it. Our government stinks!
Anyone thinking of coming here for a vacation...don't waste your money. Not much too see here.
Southern Ontario is a parking lot now. WAY too much traffic too. Over populated by our moron prime minister justin trudope. We actually have a cannabis strain named after him.
I leave my blasting around to other type of roads. Roads where the stinks are not likely to be.
Trouble with that is everyone and his brother have dash cams now. So your a sitting duck if they record you ripping by or over taking them in a crazy manner. I use license plate smoked covers but still......high def cameras are pretty good.

Yea, no open desert roads here or other places where you can be fairly sure to not encounter cops. Waze is helpful, but obviously not foolproof. I even got caught by a plane once. Ohio State Patrol sometimes sends a plane up.

Some, but there are a decent amount of local and state cops here with their laser guns. Most annoying.

Our cops here act like they are your Daddy. Their television pre weekend warnings irk me big time.
They tell you how they are out looking for ya basically. And when they catch you it's spanking time. Canadians are easy to scare. They're mostly an obedient group who save the children every day..... (said in a dreamy like heavenly tone)

At least for the most part we don't have the cameras in the US that they have in Europe that can just indiscriminately catch everyone that drives by them 24/7.
