It does not have UV protection, it protects the UV protection already on whatever you are spraying it on.

I have no reason to defend 303 per say but it sounds like we may be parsing words / splitting hairs at the micro level?

They say the product contains: "Powerful UV blockers". To me "powerful UV blockers" = another way of saying the product itself acts as / is a UV inhibitor.

303 is a UV blocker. Used on boats by everyone to keep the seats looking like new because of sun exposure!
