Most important factor is obviously what your intentions are. I for one always vote Porsche .
One thing to consider I did not see discussed is the "community factor" PCA is a great group of enthusiasts and the club has so many types of events local and nationally. I never owned Audi so don't know what the group is like. But for PCA if track days are not your bag, AX, Concours, Rally, ect ect you get it, you could be a part of to totally enhance the experience.
If this is just a weekend car for the twists skip both and get a nice 993S and be happy every day. Fck resale if you can afford to keep it you will never want to sell it.
