The hit didn't look any worse than any lineman takes in the helmet on any normal play. As a coach, you now have no control over what personnel you can put on the field of play.
The Lawyers now have every runner just running off the sidelines rather than take a hit to gain additional yards. The game really sucks to watch now. It's kind of like basketball.
