Anxiety?
Who deals with it? I mean more than a normal person.
I have grown up with anxiety disorders. Diagnosed when little with GAD and Panic Disorder.
These days GAD still gets me and has turned more into a cardiophobia and health anxiety.
Currently 2 sessions in with a therapist so far. Hoping to not revert back to lexapro again if I can help it.
