Interesting and may be true as the only way I know they are open for sure is when I park the car as well. Unfortunately, when actually driving the car there is no way to no whether they are closed or open. The difference may be that here in AZ even in the winter months we are quite warm during the day (60s to 80s) and now for the past month or so that is 90s to 100s). So unless I mount a GoPro on the front bumper to monitor I have no clue what is going on but like I said it sure looks nice in the garage.
