Ummm no, thats not at all what i'm saying.... I'm not really sure how you even jumped to that conclusion.
I'm saying that I will recieve 4c vehicles around 6 months prior to launch for the testing I do on them. And I haven't even begun that program yet. Around the time that I receive them they'll release a launch date, because my testing relys on it, and I'll have more or less 6 months to get it done.
