Ive offered this on a 2021 M8 GC
MSRP - $137,745
Selling price $121,000
incentives, - $3k loyalty and $8k Lease credit which is what I was told
Takes price down to $110k.
Payment low $1200's + sales tax. Others on swap a lease offering $1250-$1325 payments for similar but there isnt many 2021's left.
But why go higher if they are going to give Competition package for free now.

That seems like a good price to me, I mean most of the M8 GC Comps I was offered the past two weeks were on average 10% off and typically the payment was $1.7k or so. I opted to wait for the same reason you're thinking, just get the comp package for "free". But, the 2022s probably won't have the incentives these had as mentioned by some of the others above and on another thread.
