How about less modes and electronic nannies and less weight and get back to making "The Ultimate Driving Machine"
I have come to appreciate the versatility in all the modes while also being able to program the M button to anything I want and ignoring all those settings when I can. Given that the F80 weighs less than the E90 and the G20 is said to weigh less than the F80, I don't think weight is a big issue. Dimensions are. The M3 is getting too big and the M8 looks huge.
