Performance brake systems and/or some of the high performance braking components in general, mounted on any vehicle, are most likely to squeak at some point. Some do slightly (still hearable from within the cabin), others sound like freight trains!
I definitely can empathize with you. My Ferodo brake pads DS2500 racing mounted on my F32 did sound like a freight train, no matter if driven cold or warmed up. It was embarrassing yes, especially when braking those last 5-10 km/h and/or approaching a traffic light. Result? I removed them and switched back to M Performance pads because for me it wasn't worth it. Later, not wanting to give up, I went direction Japan with Endless (MX72 Plus) and NO squeaking whatsoever no matter if cold or hot. I did not buy the racing version of those, yet they still are high performance ones and have a great bite in all circumstances. And they last very long given they are performance oriented.
